Payment Policy

At OnCall Acting Driver, we ensure secure and transparent payment processes for all bookings. Please review our payment policy below:

Payment Methods
  • We accept payments via UPI, Debit/Credit cards, Net Banking, and digital wallets.
  • All transactions are processed securely through trusted payment gateways.
  • Cash payments may be allowed only for certain driver bookings.
Advance & Booking Fees
  • A minimum advance payment may be required to confirm a driver booking.
  • Booking fees are non-refundable once the driver is assigned.
  • In case of driver unavailability, the advance will be adjusted or refunded.
Refunds & Adjustments
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
  • Partial refunds may apply if the ride is canceled after the driver has been dispatched.
  • Refunds will not be granted for completed services.
Late Payments & Penalties
  • Outstanding payments must be cleared before future bookings can be made.
  • Penalty fees may apply for repeated failed or delayed payments.
  • The platform reserves the right to suspend accounts with unpaid dues.
Security & Compliance
  • We do not store sensitive card details; all payments are encrypted.
  • Transactions comply with RBI and applicable financial regulations.
  • Fraudulent or unauthorized transactions will be reported to authorities.
