Shipping / Service Delivery Policy – OnCall Acting Drivers

At OnCall Acting Drivers, we provide professional on-demand driver services. Since we do not deliver physical products, our “Shipping Policy” refers to Service Delivery — i.e., how and when our driver services are provided to clients.

1. Service Booking & Confirmation
  • Clients can book driver leads or make service requests through our website, mobile app, phone call, or authorized partners.
  • Once a booking or request is made, a confirmation message, email, or call will be sent to the Client containing:
    • Driver lead/contact details (where applicable)
    • Scheduled pickup time and location
    • Service duration and applicable fees (if any)
  • Bookings are considered valid only after confirmation from OnCall Acting Drivers.
2. Service Fulfillment / Delivery Timeline
  • Services are considered digitally delivered once driver lead information is successfully shared with the Client.
  • Independent drivers handle the actual driving service directly with the Client as per their mutual agreement.
  • While we strive for punctual and accurate lead delivery, factors such as network issues, driver availability, or unforeseen technical delays may occur. Clients will be notified promptly in such cases.
3. Service Coverage Area
  • Our platform operates in selected cities, towns, and service zones.
  • Bookings or registrations outside our coverage area may be declined or subject to availability.
  • Clients are encouraged to confirm service coverage in their location before booking.
4. Client Responsibilities
  • Provide accurate pickup details, trip information, and contact details during booking.
  • Ensure the vehicle provided for the trip is legally compliant, roadworthy, and insured.
  • Contact the driver directly for coordination once lead details are shared.
5. Service Modifications & Delays
  • Clients may request changes to time, location, or trip route by contacting our support team prior to trip start — subject to driver availability.
  • In case of driver unavailability or cancellation, OnCall Acting Drivers will provide an alternative lead (if available) or assist with rescheduling.
6. Completion of Service
  • The platform’s role is fulfilled once the driver lead is shared and the booking details are confirmed.
  • Any additional hours or trips arranged between the Client and the Driver beyond the original booking are outside the platform’s scope and must be mutually agreed upon.
7. Non-Delivery of Service
  • If the Client is unavailable at the pickup location (No-Show), the lead is considered delivered and no refund will be applicable.
  • If OnCall Acting Drivers fails to provide a driver lead due to operational or technical issues, the Client will be eligible for a full refund or alternative arrangement at no extra cost.
8. No Shipping or Physical Delivery
  • As OnCall Acting Drivers provides digital services only, there are no shipping, handling, or delivery charges.
  • All payments made on our platform (such as registration fees or portal maintenance charges) are strictly for digital access and service facilitation — not for any physical product or delivery.
